産学連携プロジェクトによるインターンシップ撮影の取り組みについて |

当グループでは、実践的な学びの場を提供する産学連携プロジェクトの一環として、ヴィーナスアカデミー大阪校（株式会社バンタン）の生徒の皆様をインターンとしてお迎えし、ECサイト向けの商品モデル撮影を行う取り組みを行っております。 このプロジェクトでは、学生の皆様が学内で培ったファッションや表現に関する知識・スキルを実務に活かしながら、現場での撮影やディレクションに携わっていただいております。撮影された写真は、当グループが運営するECサイトにて実際の商品紹介として使用されており、よりリアルで親しみやすい商品提案につながっています。 ファッション業界でのキャリア形成を目指す学生の皆様にとって、実践的な経験を積む貴重な機会となるとともに、私たちにとっても新しい感性を取り入れる貴重な機会となっています。 |

As part of our industry-academia collaboration initiatives, we are pleased to welcome students from Venus Academy Osaka (operated by Vantan Inc.) as interns to participate in model photo shoots for our group’s e-commerce site. Through this project, students are able to apply the fashion and presentation skills they’ve developed in their studies to real-world settings. They take part in model shoots that are used on our e-commerce platforms, contributing to authentic and relatable product presentations. This initiative not only offers students valuable hands-on experience in the fashion industry, but also allows us to incorporate fresh perspectives and creativity into our content creation. It is a mutually beneficial partnership that supports the development of future talent while enhancing the quality of our visual content. We remain committed to deepening our collaboration with educational institutions and contributing to the growth of the next generation of industry professionals. |

本取り組みは、ECサイト上での魅力的な商品提案を目指すだけでなく、SNSを通じた情報拡散により、より多くのお客様との接点を生み出すことも視野に入れたものです。撮影にご協力いただいた生徒の皆様が、自身のSNS等で撮影風景や掲載画像をシェアしてくださることにより、自然な形でのプロモーション効果も期待しています。 さらに、教育支援の一環としてだけでなく、私たち自身にとっても多様な感性を持つ生徒の皆様との交流は大きな学びの機会となっており、撮影やスタイリング、コーディネートの表現力を高める貴重な場となっています。 こうした相互の成長につながる関係を大切にしながら、本プロジェクトは今後も継続・発展させてまいります。 |

This initiative serves not only as a means to create compelling content for our e-commerce platforms, but also as an indirect promotional effort?by encouraging participating students to share their experiences and photos via their personal social media channels, we are able to organically expand our brand’s reach. Moreover, engaging with a diverse group of students provides our team with opportunities to grow as well. By collaborating with individuals who bring fresh ideas and perspectives, we aim to enhance our skills in photography, styling, and creative direction. We view this exchange as a valuable learning experience for both sides, and we look forward to continuing and expanding this project in the future. |
